The term 'Escapism' has been strongly associated with the club, due to the club's aim to allow students to escape the stresses and strains of University life and place them in the scenic beauty of the [[Perthshire]], [[Fife]] &amp; [[Angus]] countryside as well as the [[Highlands]] and many Islands of [[Scotland]].<br /> <br /> The club is the only University Club in Europe and one of few in the world.
