Three countries in Europe have a similar situation about the politics engagement:<br>
# [[Ireland]] with the [[northern Ireland|North-Ireland]] [[religious intolerance]],<br>
# [[Spain]] with the [[Basque people|Basque Region]] [[ethnic conflict]] and<br>
# italian [[ideology|ideological]]-political motivation.<br>

The general secretary of ''PCI'' ([[Italian Communist Party|Partito Comunista Italiano]]), [[Palmiro Togliatti]], at [[may 31]] [[1945]], had a meeting with [[Mikhail Kostylev]], [[Soviet Union|Soviet-Union]] Ambassador in Italy. The ambassador wrote to Foreign office in [[Moskow]] a relation about the meeting.<br>
The relation was found in the Central Archive in Moskow.<br>

This step in know is well know. Was a time very dangerous in Italy. More important politics was killed.
The more famous was [[Aldo Moro]]

The civil war have less victims but restricted to some consultant of the government. The victims was from left and from right politics party. They was normally consultant about the reform of law of labur.
