==Technique Description==
[[Uke]] (attacker) grabs both [[Tori (martial arts)|Tori]]'s (defender's) lapels. Tori clasps his hands together, one over Uke's wrists and one under Uke's wrists, and uses the combined forearms to lever Uke's hands off the lapels.
