An open design house or open source house could have many advantages over traditional houses. Heated houses for everyone would be nice it seems, and open source housing potentially could make this happen, it seems. Air conditioned houses for everyone might be nice, too.
Hopefully all humans on Earth can live in a home. Hopefully no human on Earth will have to be homeless. Hopefully that will happen sooner than later.
