Flights were suspended by Flywhoosh without notice on 9 December 2007. Passengers who had bought tickets from Flwhoosh have been notified that Flywhoosh will not offer refunds and, as a result, an investigation into trading standards violations has been launched by Solihull Trading Standards Officers.

White Eagle Aviation have stated that "service was terminated by White Eagle Aviation SA on 4th of December 2007 as a result of BluArrow default due to the not fulfilled by BluArrow provisions of the contract (nonobservance of payment obligations while Blue Arrow was collecting all monies from tickets sold) with obligation for BluArrow for immediate notification the passengers about the final ending of the project with cooperation of White Eagle Aviation SA. However the information was officially published by our UK partner on the web side only on 9th of December 2007.".<ref>[http://www.whiteeagle.com.pl/en/ White Eagle Statement on suspension]</ref>

Passengers may also be entitled to compensation under the EU's Denied Boarding Compensation directive 261/2004.
