User Keyboard Interface Controller
Responsibilities
Process keystrokes and pass commands to appropriate object. Ultimately should be configuration by user with a good default configuration for starters.

- position and click for no mouse operation

- Multiple views should be keyboard selectable

- Ability to communicate with other players while accomplishing aforementioned tasks
