Elite Group Holding is a diversified conglomerate headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The company operates in sectors, including automotive dealerships, Vehicle leasing, real estate, healthcare, e-commerce, investments related business services.[1][2]

History

The Elite Cars was founded in 2014, followed by strategic partnerships with leading automotive brands including Jetour in 2021, Zenvo in 2023 and SOUEAST in 2024. Building on this foundation, Elite Group Holding was formed in 2024 as a diversified UAE-based conglomerate, bringing together its automotive businesses, mobility solutions and interests across multiple sectors.[3]

JETOUR chapter

The company partnered with Jetour, a global brand. After partnership with Elite Group Holding, Jetour opened its first showroom in Al Quoz in 2022, and later in Abu Dhabi and Deira.[4]

As the partnership with Elite Group Holding continued, Jetour launched the Jetour G700 in September 2025.[5] Elite Group & Jetour G700 appeared on Burj Khalifa in 2025.[6][7]

In November 2025, Elite Group Holding become the Headline Sponsor and Automotive Partner of the Liwa International Festival 2025 after signed an agreement with Liwa Sports Club.[8]

Jetour with Elite Group opened two new showrooms in February 2026 in Al Ain and Ajman.[9]

SOUEAST chapter

In August 2024, Chinese automotive company SOUEAST partnered with Elite Group Holding to enter UAE market.[10][11]

After its partnership with Elite Group, SOUEAST opened its flagship UAE showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road. As the partnership continued, SOUEAST opened its second showroom in Deira on August 16, 2025, and later in Abu Dhabi on September 15, 2025.[12]
