Spasticity - UMN lesion
limb moves, then catches, and then goes past catch (clasp-knife)
- test by rapidly supinating forearm
Rigitity
- LMN lesions, extrapyrimidal tract lesion
- increased tone throughout ROM (cog-wheeling, lead-pipe)
- circumducting the wrist
