The outlook is that it may close in about a year (when the cheap starter subscription runs out) if it does not have some success, whatever that means. So the outlook, is unknown, if that is what you mean. With respect to goals and objectives, originally, on the "main" page I included "Wikademia is a place for learning and original research". I still think that holds true. So then the goal would seem to be have Wikademia be a place for learning and original research.
