BengalOS is an immutable Linux distribution targeting smartphones. It is based on Debian and Phosh, and is currently in alpha development. BengalOS provides nightly builds[1] and currently targets devices based on Qualcomm Snapdragon SoCs, including the Google Pixel 3a[2], OnePlus 6, and SHIFT6mq.
Due to its immutable architecture users install additional applications as Flatpaks or in a container [3]
