Go! Mokulele is an American airline "marketing holdings" joint venture of inter-island flights within the state of Hawaii. The joint venture of Mesa Air Group and Republic Airways Holdings, was created in October 2009 when the companies merged their competing subsidiaries, Go! (an airline "branding" within an airline of Mesa Airlines) and Mokulele Airlines under one marketing brand name, without (as of yet) merging the two airlines operating certificates. Mesa Air Group owns 75% of the company, while Republic Airways Holdings and other Mokulele shareholders own 25%.[1] The airline has its headquarters in Honolulu CDP, City and County of Honolulu.[2]
