Go! Mokulele is an American airline marketing inter-island flights within the state of Hawaii. The airline is a joint venture of Mesa Air Group and Republic Airways Holdings, created in October 2009 when the companies merged their competing subsidiaries, Go! and Mokulele Airlines. Mesa Air Group owns 75% of the company, while Republic Airways Holdings and other Mokulele shareholders own 25%.[1] The airline has its headquarters in Honolulu CDP, City and County of Honolulu.[2]
