Go! Mokulele is an American airline marketing inter-island flights within the state of Hawaii. The airline is a joint venture of Mesa Air Group and Republic Airways Holdings, created in October 2009 when the companies merged their competing subsidiaries, Go! and Mokulele Airlines. Mesa Air Group owns 75% of the company, while Republic Airways Holdings and other Mokulele shareholders own 25%.[1] The airline has its headquarters in Honolulu CDP, City and County of Honolulu.[2]
Go! Mokulele does not hold it's own air operator's certificate. Instead, flights are operated by two airlines separately owned by Mesa and Republic. Mesa Airlines operates the carrier's Bombardier CRJ200 aircraft, while Republic's Mokulele Airlines operates Cessna 208 Grand Caravan aircraft as Mokulele Express.
