Medicine is the art and science of the causation, diagnosis and treatment of disease and injury. It is both an area of knowledge – a science of body systems, their diseases and treatment – and the applied practice of that knowledge. However, medicine often refers more specifically to matters dealt with by physicians and surgeons.

Divisions and Departments
The divisions of school are created in such away that anyone accessing the school can find precise information quickly and efficiently.
Medicine comprises various specialities although they overlap significantly, the learning outcomes are best achieved when learning each system-based specialty by its own.
Divisions and Departments of the School exist on pages under "topic" Namespace. Start the name of departments with the "Topic:" prefix; departments reside in the namespace. Departments and divisions link to learning materials and learning projects. Divisions can link subdivisions or to departments. For more information of schools, divisions and departments refer Naming Conventions.
