Critical Reviews in Toxicology is an academic journal that publishes review articles on the mechanisms, responses and assessments of toxins and toxicants.

Editor-in-Chief
Roger O. McClellan, Ph.D, is the Editor-in-Chief of Critical Reviews in Toxicology[3]. Dr. McClellan currently works as an Advisor in Inhalation Toxicology and Human Health Risk Analysis from his home office in Albuquerque, NM.[4]. He is the author of more than 350 papers and edited 10 books in these fields including the 2 leading texts on inhalation toxicology/respiratory toxicology.
Publication Format
Critical Reviews in Toxicology publishes 10 issues per year in simultaneous print and online editions and is available on a subscription basis. Individual articles can be purchased on a pay-per-view basis. The full text of all articles is offered in PDF and PDF Plus formats. All back-issues of the journal are available online and are hosted on the publisher's website.
Subscribers to the electronic edition of Critical Reviews in Toxicology receive access to the online archive, which dates back to 1971, as part of their subscription[5].
