Welcome to the Division of Culinary Arts! Part of Food and Drink.

The Division of Culinary Arts focuses on the artistic preparation of food (meats, fish, cheeses, salads, and desserts) and alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, and spirits), and the ability to present these in an attractive manner.
