This template
- converts {{{1}}} to {{{1}}}th century (BC) (BC is included iff {{{2}}}=BC),
- handles {{{1}}}=0 correctly &
- allows for alternatives to century & BC (respective defaults of {{{cm}}} & {{{bc}}}).
