Lunar Boom Town/Terraform Station

Jinormic atmospheric generators around the planet would put an earthlike atmosphere around man parts of the moon. Terraform Station controls all of these atmospheric generators. Ecological engineers select hardy plants to and probiotic bacterias, mosses and lichen to be selectively distributed to appropriate locations around the planet.

Robotic sentinals controlled from the Station create piping under the ground to move water around the moon.
