==Overview==

This page provides details about the essay assessment exercise which is part of the social psychology (psychology) unit. Each student is to write an essay on a unique, designated topic in APA style. Late submissions will incur a penalty of 5% per day.

==Format==

Essays are to be submitted electronically (in a variety of formats) by emailing to the convener. Options include:

Attach a word processor file with any of these formats: .rtf, .doc, .docx, or .odt
Provide a URL to a wikiversity page which contains the essay, plus include your name, student ID, and Wikiversity user name in the email.

Word count

Essays above the word count limit (3000 words) will incur a penalty (5% per 100 words).
Word count = body text (not title, abstract, tables, figures, references, or appendices).

The essay exercise will involve each individual being primarily responsible for authoring an essay on a unique, designated topic.
