Research Centre GNOSIS, founded in 2007, is a research initiative taken by University of Aarhus regarding the study of mind and thinking from a philosophical and pedagical perspective. The initiative is a cross-faculty initiative which aims to supplement the ongoing research, education and dissemination of knowledge by introducing a critical angle regarding philosophical and educational consequences and perspectives.
The first research project undertaken by GNOSIS is an investigation into the newly breakthrough by the neurosciences and particular into the consequences this breakthrough has on learning strategies.[1].
