The California College of Music is a music college located in Pasadena, California. California College of Music was founded in 1998. Originally operating under the name Pasadena International Music Academy (“PIMA”). PIMA offered intensive music education to international students who wanted to perfect their musical skills in a personal, supportive environment.
In 2007, PIMA came under the supervision of Grammy Award winning recording engineer Reggie Dozier and legendary trombonist '''Wayne Henderson''', founder of the '''Jazz Crusaders''', both distinguished leaders in the commercial music and recording industries.
