Hog Island is an island in the wetlands of the Petaluma River in Sonoma County, California, located at 38°09′31″N 122°32′14″W / 38.1587°N 122.5372°W / 38.1587; -122.5372 near the Marin County line. San Antonio Creek enters the river just west of this island.[1]

This island could be confused with Hog Island (Tomales Bay) in Marin County.
