The college offers a four(4) years Bachelor of Commerce degree.[2] and M.com
History
The intermediate level was first introduced in D.H.S.K. College in 1945 in the evening shift.[3] The foundation stone of the present college building was laid by Late Morarji Desai, the then Finance Minister of India.[4] Classes of Dibrugarh University initially started in this college till 1968. It is the first full-fledged Commerce College in the North Eastern region of India.[5]

The college offers a four-year B.Com program under the National Education Policy (NEP), with specializations in:

- Banking and Insurance
- E-Commerce
- Human Resource Management[6]
In addition, the college runs distance learning programs in affiliation with Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University (KKHSOU) and offers add-on diploma and certificate courses in areas like:

- Office Management
- Visual Basic
- Java
- C/C++ Programming
