Capital Brewery is a brewery located in Middleton, Wisconsin. They first began production in 1986, and now produce 17,000 barrels of beer annually. It currently produces 15 distinct beers, of which seven are Annuals, four are Seasonals, and four are under limited release. Most of these beers are made using the strict Reinheitsgebot guidelines. Capital Brewery’s beers are currently distributed in six Midwestern States, and include Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Ohio, and Missouri.
