Curriculum
The Division of Culinary Arts focuses on the artistic preparation of food (meats, fish, cheeses, salads, and desserts) and alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, and spirits), and the ability to present these in an attractive manner.
Leaning projects
- Note: It is suggested that a student of Culinary Arts take two courses in French.
