Archive:Bitacora

While technological advances make some areas of our lives easier they also tend to disconnect us from our immediate surroundings. This map and study is one artist's attempt at provoking stimulating dialogue at how our communities are formed within and with respect to geopolitical boundaries. Bitacora is the name of my country--or network of sustained relationships during February of 2008.

I am working on expanding this writing as well as uploading a series of images that will invite learners to examine their own social networks and communities and perhaps inspire them to create works of art as well.
