Archive:Standard Form 180
An SF-180 ("Form 180") is a particular United States military authorization form, which when properly completed, allows the release of a veteran's military records.
During the 2004 Presidential Election, the issue of George W. Bush's and John Kerry's "Form 180"s was at times a political hot potato. In fact as recently as Jan 30th, 2005, John Kerry was questioned about his by Tim Russert: MR. RUSSERT: "Would you sign Form 180?" SEN. KERRY: "Yes, I will." [1].
