The Division of Culinary Arts focuses on the artistic preparation of food (meats, fish, cheeses, salads, and desserts) and alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, and spirits), and the ability to present these in an attractive manner.

- 03.12.07 0143 (UTC) - Founded as a department of Food and Drink.
- 26.04.07 0739 (UTC) - Changed to division; made several projects departments unto themselves.
