This template

  • converts {{{n}}} to nth century (BC) (inclusion of BC depends on {{{ad}}}),
  • handles {{{n}}}=0 correctly &
  • allows for alternatives to century & BC (respective defaults of {{{cm}}} & {{{bc}}}).
