Federal Communications Commission v. Fox Television Stations

History
On the week of March 17, 2008, the Supreme Court announced that it would hear this case, in which the Fox Broadcasting Company sought to overturn FCC fines over obscene language from live broadcasts of awards shows aired in 2002 and 2003.[1]
