Metals Based Solid Rockets

May be less capital intensive to get started. Again use lifting bodies and silica heat shields for aerobraking and to fly to Terran Spaceport retrieval zone destination. Possibly small inflight correction rockets required to achieve acceptable atmospheric entry window.
