Vision

Confidence
Not just self confidence, the followership must have confidence in the leadership. It is up to the prospective leader to engender this confidence. Some traits that foster confidence include; achievements in the field of endeavor relevant to the skills needed for organizational success, decisiveness, and levelheadedness.
