Lunar Boom Town

It will be expensive to live on the moon. What kinds of business and factorys and export will it take to pay for the necesssary inports? What kinds of skills will be needed? We need to figure all this stuff out before our boomtown will prosper whether in a virtual simulation or actually on the moon.
