Definition: An open organization is a group of people linked by their own will by a common cause or objective. These people know and agree with a norm manifesto and conduct that specify the requirements to part of the organization. By definition and open organization - Does not has representatives, formal leaders, ruling groups or organisms nor economic founds. - It’s resources come from and are the society and its individuals - It’s products are exclusively to serve society

History and Motivation: The concept of Open Organization was creates by Ruben schaffer and emerged as a tool to address the wish of making a social and permanent effort to promote peace. This effort gave place to Never-More the first open organization. It’s inspired by the Open Source concept, Wikipedia the free encyclopaedia as well as other Web 2.0 and social knowledge phenomena and events.
