Terrorism in Italy from 1945 till today

Terrorism in Italy from 1945 till today refers to one specific situation of the politics situation in Italy from the revive of the democracy in Italy till today.

Giovanni Pellegrino, for more years President of the Italian Parliament Commission about Terrorism and the greater expert about terrorism in Italy, came to opinion that in Italy there was a continue low intensity civil war, from 1945 till today between West and Eastern Europe (between democracy and communism) that peaked in 1945-1949 right after World War II.

Three countries in Europe have a similar situation about the politics engagement:

1. Ireland with the North-Ireland religious intolerance,
   
2. Spain with the Basque Region ethnic conflict and
   
3. italian ideological-political motivation.
   

The count of victim of this time in not sure. The general secretary of PCI (Partito Comunista Italiano), Palmiro Togliatti, at may 31 1945, had a meeting with Mikhail Kostylev, Soviet-Union Ambassador in Italy. The ambassador wrote to Foreign office in Moskow a relation about the meeting.
The relation was found in the Central Archive in Moskow.
The victim count from end of World War II in Europe to may 31st 1945 was calculated about 50.000.
