User-generated content
User-generated content is online reading, viewing, and/or listening material that users donate to websites. Sometimes the users donate because they enjoy the process. Other-times, times they may think they may gain in some other way from the donation. There are probably an infinite number of reasons why someone would create and/or donate content they own. YouTube is a huge site that seems to profit from User-generated content. User-generated content is ideally a win-win for the host and creator-of-the-content.
