Government Polytechnic Patna-7 is one of the oldest technical education institute in Bihar which is situated in Gulzarbagh, Patna. It is affiliated to STATE BOARD OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION BIHAR under the Department of Science and Technology. The institute is financially supported by the Government of Bihar. It is approved and recognised by AICTE. Although the institute started its first academic session[1] in 1954. This Polytechnic institute provides Diploma in engineering in various brances of engineerings since its establishment. The institute conducts regular classes.
