Oak Park Mall

Oak Park Mall is a shopping mall located in Overland Park, Kansas, containing nearly 200 stores in a covered area of 1800000 sqft. It is the largest mall in the Kansas City Metro Area, is split into two levels and contains five department stores.

It was developed by Copaken, White & Blitt in conjunction with Frank Morgan and Sherman Dreiseszun. Oak Park Mall achieves one of the highest sales per square foot in the country. The JC Penney has previously ranked as the #1 store, ranked by sales per sq ft, in the JC Penney company.

It attracts many high-end stores, including Nordstrom, Sephora, Puma, and XXI Forever (owned by Forever 21), and the now open American Girl Place (in roughly half of the previous Rainforest Cafe space).
